Solo II Recall – Terms & Disclaimer

This page outlines the terms, conditions, and disclaimers applicable to Arizer’s voluntary recall of the Solo II vaporizer units sold between June 1, 2024 and July 29, 2025.

1. Scope of the Recall

This recall applies only to:

  • -Arizer Solo II vaporizers sold or replaced under warranty between June 1, 2024 and July 29, 2025.
  • -Units purchased directly from Arizer or through authorized retailers and distributors
  • -Devices assessed by Arizer to fall within the affected manufacturing or distribution range

This recall does not apply to:

  • -Solo II devices sold before June 1, 2024
  • -Products that have been damaged through misuse, unauthorized modification, or third-party servicing
  • -Any other Arizer product lines

2. Eligibility Assessment

To participate, customers must:

Eligibility is determined solely at the discretion of Arizer based on internal batch tracking and incident analysis. Submissions that cannot be validated may be declined.

3. Replacement Program

Customers with eligible units will receive:

  • One (1) free replacement Solo II MAX vaporizer.

  • Wax material for disabling.

Customers are required to disable and dispose of the original Solo II unit in accordance with local hazardous waste regulations. Customers must provide confirmation and photographic proof that the unit has been disabled via wax insertion in the charging port, and disposed of safely.

This confirmation must be submitted to Arizer within 30 days of receiving the replacement. Failure to do so may affect future eligibility for warranty services, replacements, or promotional offers.

Replacements will only be shipped to valid addresses in Canada and/or U.S.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

This voluntary recall is being conducted as a precautionary safety measure. While Arizer has received a limited number of customer reports involving battery venting, there have been no serious injuries or significant property damage reported to date.

This program is not an admission of defect, fault, liability, or legal obligation. Arizer makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond those outlined herein and applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Limitations

Arizer reserves the right to:

  • Modify or terminate this recall program at any time
  • Decline replacement if customer eligibility cannot be verified
  • Substitute the replacement model or fulfillment method if inventory or regulatory considerations require
