If you purchased a Solo II vaporizer between June 1, 2024 and July 29, 2025, you may be eligible to receive a free upgraded replacement: the Arizer Solo II MAX.
This recall is being conducted as a precaution in response to a small number of battery venting reports. No injuries or significant damage have occurred, but we are taking steps to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
Who Should Complete This Form
Please complete this form if:
- -You purchased a Solo II vaporizer between June 1, 2024 and July 29, 2025
- -Your unit was purchased directly from Arizer or an authorized retailer
- -You still have access to the device and/or purchase information

What Happens Next

- If your unit is approved, we’ll ship your Solo II MAX replacement, along with instructions on how to disable and dispose of your original device.
- You’ll have 30 days from the date you receive your replacement to confirm that the original unit has been disabled and disposed of in accordance with the instructions provided.
